Gift vouchers for sightseeing flights
You can now buy a “sightseeing flight ticket” and give it to someone close to you in the form of a dedicated voucher. Thanks to it, the recipient will be able to make a dream flight over the panorama of the city or mountains. It can also be a romantic flight for two – pure love suspended on a sky padded with white clouds 😉 The voucher can be redeemed within 6 months, on the agreed date of the flight (note on the rules of arranging flights is at the bottom of the page). The price of a dedicated voucher is added to the flight price and amounts to minimum EUR 50. This voucher is valid for a maximum 6 months period. Extension of the voucher for another 3 months is possible during the validity period of the voucher for an additional 1/3 of the price of the booked length of the sightseeing flight.
Implementation of sightseeing flights in any chosen place
In order to determine the conditions and estimate the cost of sightseeing flights organized from a selected location, we mainly need the following information:
1. Indication of the place where the flight would take place – it is necessary to provide a helicopter take-off / landing site, which the pilot will assess on the basis of the map (preferably a google maps pin) and possibly additional photos (for landing / take-off, an obstacle-free place is normally required with distances of at least 20 x 20 m). To land a helicopter, you need the consent of the area administrator and, in the case of cities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, the consent of the mayor or city president.
2. Number of passengers / participants – when organizing cyclical sightseeing flights for more people in one place, it may be necessary to organize security by professional ground service or provide additional fuel. With a larger number of participants, the total duration of the entire series of flights may be important for the client – it will depend on the specific number of people, the length of a single sightseeing flight, but also on the number of helicopters (each subsequent helicopter cuts the total flight time by half, but is an additional cost of ferrying to the destination).
3. Planned date – in the summer season, flights can be confirmed well in advance, while in other periods the planning is based on current weather forecasts, predicting the weather with the appropriate probability for two or three days at the most. First of all, you need to reserve the availability of the helicopter, pilot and service, then we are waiting for confirmation of the appropriate weather conditions.
4. Additional attractions – would there be, for example, champagne with glasses and a bouquet of flowers on board. The cost of organizing flowers and champagne by Helipoland is EUR 120. You can also deliver these attractions to the helicopter on your own.
The cost of organizing flights will depend largely on the place of their organization (the distance from the current landing sites of our helicopters). The costs of using one R44 helicopter start from EUR 700, which is the cost of one hour of flight. The minimum length of an individually ordered sightseeing flight in a non-standard location or an engagement flight (from A to A) is 30 minutes.

After choosing the helicopter you decide where to fly. We especially recommend recreational flights in the vicinity of the Tatra and Pieniny Mountains (Zakopane, Bukowina Tatrzańska, Białka Tatrzańska, Nowy Targ), with views of the peaks on both the Polish and Slovakian side. There are few places in Poland such spectacular, inspiring and full of natural beauty like the Tatra Mountains and Podhale area. In addition to scenic flights in the Tatras, we usually fly in other places in the south of Poland such as Krakow, Katowice, Bielsko-Biała, Szczyrk, Wisła but also in other regions of the country, including Warsaw, Wrocław, sometimes even the Baltic Sea Tri-City (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia). At the customer’s request, the helicopter can be delivered to any place where the cost of transportation will be calculated from the currently nearest helicopter at a price per hour slightly lower than the cost of the flight with passengers.
