Sightseeing flights in the city of Cracow are organized from the Hotel Fero Express landing site (Bolesława Śmiałego 60, 30-398 Kraków).
For the implementation of sightseeing flights according to general price lists (below), it is required to collect an appropriate number of people within the time limit set by Helipoland. If there is no organized group on a given date, the additional fee for individual flights is EUR 1080 for the R44 helicopter (3 passengers) and EUR 2160 for the AS350 or Ec130 helicopter (5 or 6 passengers).
Due to the Polish regulations for flying over cities and the proximity of the Krakow Balice international airport zone, scenic flights over the city of Cracow take place along the routes and at heights chosen by the helicopter pilot (these routes may differ from the routes marked on the maps below).
It is possible to choose a different helicopter take-off and landing site than the Fero Express hotel landing site, where, in addition to the costs associated with arriving at the indicated helicopter landing site, additional fees may be charged for using the helipad. The arrival at the individually agreed take-off / landing site is additionally payable in accordance with the helicopter flight price lists below, where the time needed to start and stop the helicopter twice (approximately 10 minutes) is counted as the flight time. For example – a helicopter flight ordered for a sight-seeing flight directly from the “Polinar” landing site (Ofiar Dąbia 14, 31-567 Kraków) means that you have to pay an additional 15 minutes of flight to this helipad, assuming that the helicopter is currently stationed at the Fero Express hotel in Krakow.
Flights over Cracow – when can I take a scenic flight?
Sightseeing flights in the Cracow area are organized by HeliPoland after collecting the appropriate number of clients, together with current helicopter and pilot disposition at the “Fero” helipad (with the possibility of substituting the helicopter at the “Polinar” helipad) and under appropriate meteorological conditions. Flights performed on individual helicopter orders (at any time indicated by the customer) are based on the prices given below by helicopter type and flight time, taking into account the possible cost of arrival in the absence of a current availability in Cracow. Confirmation of the current helicopter disposition in Cracow city is possible up to a few days in advance. Confirmation of the appropriate weather conditions and thus also the final confirmation of the flight is possible in advance of not more than 3 days.

All above-mentioned prices of scenic flights include the entire helicopter, regardless of the number of passengers. Free spaces can be replenished at the airstrip during ongoing flights, or if we have registered those willing to partially fill the helicopter, we will inform ourselves about the possibility of flying on the remaining free spaces.
* Flight time: according to international standards, it is the time from the moment the rotor blades begin to rotate until the moment the helicopter finally comes to a stop after flight and the rotor blades come to a stop.
** Note: in order to perform flights on agreed dates, in addition to the appropriate meteorological conditions, it is necessary to have the appropriate instruction of the pilot dedicated to the flight and the appropriate technical condition of the helicopter, which is verified in detail before each flying day or additionally before the flight.
